Our Sponsored Walk for Marie Curie

On Saturday 3 October we held a sponsored walk in the Gortin Glens in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.
This was a day enjoyed by all members of the team and their families. The practice managed to raise £1,500 so we would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for all your support.
Tommy's Fight Night for Action MS

On Saturday 15 November, Tommy “Feel the pain” Strain took part in a very successful charity boxing event, where approx £25,000 was raised. On the night, Tommy endured a gruelling three rounds in the ring with Oliver Hughes in which he came out victorious. Well done to Tommy, and many thanks to those of you who supported the event, which was in aid of Action MS.
Cathy is Top of the Class

This year Cathy McMenamin, a member of our accounts team, came first place in her Accounting Technician course. Cathy is now successfully studying her final year of the Accounting Technicians Ireland qualification.
This is the 2nd time in the last couple of years in which a member of our team has achieved this award. Sara-Jane Graham also was awarded this prize, and she is now a Client Manager within the practice and is currently studying towards her finals in the Chartered Accountants Ireland examinations .
O'Neill Strain Smith gets IIP recognised

O’Neill Strain Smith is now recognised as an IIP (Investor In People) company. This involved an independent IIP assessor coming into our practice and carrying out an assessment of the business and its people within the business. We are delighted to have achieved this well-recognised standard.
